There is a wild woman in each of us, and most of us have her most present in childhood. When we think of a memory where we felt fulfilled, in the body , with some sensation or memory that feels good inside, where thought or reason are superfluous.
There she was, rejoicing among us. The thing is that as we grow up, due to the great and inexplicable social mandates, we become “silent” or “ashamed” of her voice, and then we learn the route to domestication. Where what is seen is more important than what I feel.
Where maybe I don't even know what that voice is anymore because I've learned so much about "behaving" that I'm no longer sure of that inner voice that, peeling back all those layers, is there, waiting to be heard.
Because our genuine desires are in favor of life and pleasure. Even though for many years we have learned the opposite. We have to unlearn and to do so we must go back down to the body and return to the question:
What is it that turns me on?

Wild woman, because the time has come to give her her place and celebrate her energy.
